The Osmoze is a subtle balance of bistrot and gastro, the advantages without the disadvantages. A cosy and intimate atmosphere upstairs, friendly and industrial at the bar. The boss and his waitress are passionate about quality, it's not wrong. An accessible map, fresh and well-worked products, associations of original flavours without too much being and a still nice visual. If the location can not hit especially because just outside the historic center, the kitchen really deserves a great judgement! The chef's croutons were delicious is very well presented and so the rest of the dinner. To this you add a good service, friendly and kind!
The boss loves his job and it feels like the friendliness of his welcome, his knowledge of the products. Thanks Zachary for this delicious evening from two Ch 'tis passing. The cook can cook! I recommend, to accompany the aperitif, Mr. Truffé, a slaughter.

Warm welcome (for a late arrival around 22h), very garnished plates with excellent food (proportions very suitable), very careful and smiling waitress. I highly recommend!! I would not hesitate to come back for a possible next visit to Chambéry.
