Un'osteria di paesino di montagna (1000 m, 140 abitanti) piccolissima, graziosa, curata, in fondo ad una valle recondita e selvaggia. Inutile chiedere la carta, si mangia quel che c'è. Il giovane cuoco però fa cose ottime, come dei ravioli agli aspargi con la fonduta di formaggio, dei gnocchi alle ortiche, dei brasati al merlot, la polenta, dei risotti, e propone salumi, formaggi e dessert di grande qualità. Pochi vini scelti. Sono anni che ci andiamo, e siamo sempre stati trattati bene, con amorevole gentilezza, e non siamo mai venuti via delusi. E' consigliabile riservare, perchè i tavoli sono veramente pochini, e sui tavoli di granito si può mangiare solo in piena estate, e con il pullove...
after 14 o'clock we reached comologno and the al palazign to take over our room key for the nearby hotel palazzo gamboni. the chef was still in the kitchen and offered us to cook immediately a lunch. tasty pasta and a mixed salad was applied after about 15 minutes. in the evening a 3 gangmenu - once with bark, once with goat, once with risotto once with pasta, wonderfully fine cooked. the table wine, a melos in 5 dl bottle is very tasty for the price and can be recommended. there are some 7.5 dl bottles that we have seen but not tried. sure these are not bad. the local beer, rocco, strong, mountainous from berzona is also recommended. a trip to the onsernone is worth it - with this hotel and...
in the book time travels, a book about historical hotels, we have read from the palazzo gamboni and the attached osteria palazign and have traveled well-being and the good laune has even increased during our stay.In the osteria the right furniture is at the right place and the right people at their right place. the menu is exclusively orally, because everything that comes to the dish is fresh and local and enriched with the charm of the innate and the young chef. in the palazzo there are 2 historical hotel rooms of which we inhabited the stunning suite, just the right for 2 romantics, the mattresses are by the way new nails, only in the guest service at the zmorge you could add something!
today we were five in full-occupied al palazign in comologno. new is called onsernone, but I haven't seen it written. there was a traditional menu to the Eastermontag, the pasquetta: fresh cheese, feldsalat (nüsslisalat,) risotto, capretto with supplement. from the capretto there was enough until we could no longer. then another piece of colomba with vanilliesauce. we were full and the capretto was excellent. if they do not shy away the 50 minutes from locarno to comologno then they come here. by the way: price 42 fr for a 5 course menu is truly not much! This is a place where miracles happen. A very small restaurant, with one menu in the evening. Perfectly simple. But everything is prepared with a so high quality level, mixing local products with innovative receipes, that you can only love it. The athmosphere is very friendly and it is a place where you just feel good after a hiking day. Compliments for making our stay at Palazzio Gamboni and your Osteria so enjoyable, I will keep lots of good reminds and I warmly recommend it.
Fast zuhinderst im Onsernonetal findet sich dieses Juwel. Sehr gute Küche, nette Bedienung. Das Menu wurde ohne Probleme auf uns angepasst. (Vegetarier).Preis/Leistung top. Sicher etwas teurer als sonst im Tal, aber die Qualität des Essens war fantastisch. Einen solche feinen, abwechslungsreichen Salat hatte ich nicht erwartet. Das Eis mit Farina Buona, der Hammer! Wir kommen wieder.
for the guests of the nearby hotel palazzo gamboni a wonderful 3-course from fresh and local ingredients is served here every evening. whether salat, suppe, risotto, whirlpool or lamb - everything was very finely cooked and lovingly dressed. to this the villagertratsch over the tresen was accompanied and was pampered with a fine dessert to finish. simply fantastic and so cozy.
we were on the day and have eaten very well and cheap for Swiss conditions. nice local, attentive chefin and an open kitchen where you can watch the cook while working. the subsequent excursion to the valley and the hike in’s renovated bath was super worth a visit, there are beautiful baths with 26 degrees possible Reserva una mesa ahora
