We were staying at the Mirage and didn't want to get all dressed up to go to dinner. We picked Costa. Nice casual atmosphere. Waiter was nice and very informative. I had the Salmon Picada, which was excellent. Waiter said all their pasta was made by hand so I did a side of fettuccine Alfredo, which was good. My husband had the clam linguini., which he enjoyed it had clams in the shell on top, plus chopped up clams in the pasta. We had the calamari for an appetizer, the calamari was a little over cooked, we actually liked the vegetables better that were mixed in with it. Over all a good experience and would eat there again.
The hostess was fantastic and allowed us to enter without a reservation since we were hotel guests. Being just two people may have influenced this decision. The waitstaff were attentive, ensuring our water glasses were never more than half empty. We ordered the veal and the sea bass, and both dishes were outstanding. Overall, we enjoyed excellent service along with delicious meals.
The food was excellent, and the waitress was very polite. I gave it 4 stars because the hostess was a little rude. On Friday night, I ordered fried calamari, meatballs, and sangria, and everything was delicious. Overall, I would rate the food a 5 out of 5.
We had dinner here while staying at The Mirage. The food was excellent with great portions! Our server was fantastic and helped my father in law find a new chair when he had back pain. Would recommend to anyone! Make sure you make a reservation!Food: 5/5

We enjoyed the atmosphere and our service was top notch. The chicken Marsala was amazing and the cocktails on point ! Thanks for a great night. We would definitely go again next time.
First time eating at this restaurant. Definitely will not be the last. The sauce on the spaghetti and meatballs was amazing.
