Osteria - Il Sapore - da Maurizio

The waiter was very nice on first impressions as we hadn't booked so found us a table. We were told two hours was the max we could have the table for. You needed three hours just to get the waiter to take your order. I...had the scampi dish, I've heard about your card payment bouncing but my prawns did the same. They were like rubber and the bread that came with them was so hard I could have chipped a tooth. Service was terrible and the food was just as bad. Not advisable to use this restaurant.

Friendly staff. Wide variety of items on their menu. Quality was okay but unfortunately my linguine volcano was served with only one prawn, some mussels, vongoles and prepackaged shrimps.

in my modest opinion, it is the best Italian restaurant in the city. everything we tried there was great. appetizers and aperitif are on the house.

nice Italian local in a side street between hugenottenplatz and marketplace. eating is tasteful good and the service was ok. nice, found.

Tasty food, well served portions, and all the affection of the owners that offer a great service. I really recommend.
