Osteria im Schärme is a traditional Italian restaurant, but in Switzerland. We came as a big group and were first served 10 different starters. Fantastic variations and taste. Delicious calamari fritties and fresh calamari. Beef carpaccio, Buffala mozzarella Caprese, langustinis, mussels vongole, scallops on toast, fish carpaccio. We thought it was the whole meal, but then we got three fresh homemade pasta dishes. Two with tomato and one with Tortelini filled with dandelions. Delicious. We had family birthday celebration in this restaurant during lunch time and were offered a la carte menu or fixed lunch menu. We went for a la carte option, all dishes were very tasty and presented very well. Ravioli with black truffle were great (exactly like in Italy , octopus salad and grilled fish were fresh and well prepared. Espresso at the end is a must; Very attentive service, we felt very welcome. Thanks a lot to entire team for a wonderful experience, we will definitely return! Book in advance as this place is popular within local community.
Several times here as it's close to our home. Food is excellent, very nice home made pasta and the main course, mostly beef for me, always perfectly cooked, super soft and juicy. The produce is carefully chosen, not just cheap supermarket stuff. The staff, very polite and friendly. After dinner, you MUST order an espresso, the real thing!
A local friend of mine, who is Italian, suggested we come over here. The food was quite spectacular and the staff were all really knowledgable and helpful. The fact that they just ask what you may like and then deliver an immersion in Italian excellence was lovely. Thanks and I hope to be back!

A lovely place with attentive staff! Very tasty dishes, superb desserts and the best, its in walking distance to my home place
