Very nice ambiance and quiet. Went for restaurant week. Expected a better deal. $39 price fixed. I ordered the Branzino which i didn’t notice on the menu was $5 more. The branzino was on the small side and came with nothing except some cabbage. I also had the Caesar salad which was delicious. For dessert i ordered the gelato in vanilla. Someone came out from kitchen and said vanilla was soft. I said like soup he said no. I said let me try it. Was supposed to be 3 scoops was only one and wasn’t bad. The pasta is fresh, and the sauce tastes just like how mama used to make it. The noise level can be a bit on the higher side. However, this restaurant is a great spot for a business lunch or dinner if you're in the Garden City, NY area.
Our chicken parmesan was served undercooked, so we sent it back. By the time everyone else had finished their meals, no one addressed the issue with us at the end.
The service was excellent. Our waiter was amazing , he was very attentive and very personable. The appetizers were ok. The main meal was very good.
