Das Personal war unhöflich. Das Menü hatte nicht verfügbar. Die Portionen waren miserabel. Sie ließen die Tür offen zu uns eiskalt für den gesamten speisen. An der Kasse, berechneten sie uns einen Teller haben wir nicht bestellt. Der Koch nicht ändern zu Saison Tomatensauce verwendet die Pizza, nachdem die Klingel, dass er eine Warnung der Kellnerin, fiel in die Schüssel. Wir mussten mit großartigem mehr als eine halbe Stunde um die Gericht und mehr fragen für die Rechnung. Wir werden nie wieder kommen!
Gut aber jedem essen, wenn man warten auf Flixbus weil das Hotel ist nicht weit entfernt von der Bushaltestelle in Lugano.Wir waren hier über 21 : 40 (es wurde geschrieben, dass es funktioniert bis Mitternacht) . Bestellte Pizza und Kaffee. Kellner versucht freundlich zu sein aber man spürt, dass man mit der Tatsache, daß sie sie behelligen in der Osteria. Das ist nicht wie es funktioniert. Nicht sicher, dass das wiederkommen möchten.Aber das Essen war gut, der Kaffee zu.
The staff was rude. The menu had options unavailable. The portions were miserable. They kept the door open having us freezing for the entire dine. At the till, they charged us a plate we didn't order. The cook didn't change the tomato sauce used to season the pizza, after the bell, that he used to alert the waitress, fell into the bowl. We had to wit more than half an hour to get the dish and more to ask for the bill. We'll never go again!
Good plave to eat if you are waiting for FlixBus because this place is not far away from bus stop of Lugano. Came here about 21:40 (it was written that it works till midnight). Ordered pizza and coffee. Waiter tried to be friendly but you could feel that you bothering them with your being in the osteria. That's not how it works. Not sure that would want to come back. Appena riaperte le terrazze e riavviato l'esercizio, ilmenú é parziale, manca il tartare che é scritto alla lavagna, ma ci viene proposto roastbeaf con salsa tartara ed é buono e fresco. Il locale interno é chiuso con sdie accatastate e mette tristezza. Bravo il personale che si prodiga per far stare a proprio agio la clientela.
