O'tacos - Reservar una mesa

Habited from the brand during travels to France, disappointment is great on our last visits to the restaurant of Arras. The tacos are good and faithful to expectations when they match the command. I no longer count the order errors where, for example, vegetarian tacos are replaced by meat tacos and fillings that have nothing to see, it's a shame. How are kitchen equippers trained to multiply coarse mistakes like these? This day the number of orders eroded throughout the restaurant was hallucinating. In addition, the commercial side seems to be unknown to managers who still manage to be unpleasant and in bad faith with customers following their own mistakes. I'm always quite tolerant with mistakes in the rush, it's human, but still it's necessary to assume them and make them forget. Congratulations to the cashier who keeps their professionalism when they have to assume the unbearable mistakes of their cooking colleagues.

We went to eat tonight at 3, 2 adults and 1 7-year-old. The unfriendly waitress. The order served does not match the order. We asked for fried nuggets for the little one, they served tacos. After notice, we had the nuggets. I asked fries cheese-sauce and my fries fries cheddar sauce, we both had cheddar sauce. And let's talk about the sauce, a long taste of soap, cold, just like the frozen fries of poor quality. For the Tacos, we are looking for supplements ordered. I've eaten tacos in a real Mexican, nothing to see. Bad experience for all 3. I absolutely don't recommend it.
