This December menu is a treat for taste buds! In the entrance, the mullet egg on its cod brandade bed, as a result of the boiler soup, opens the meal deliciously. The beef cheek like a pot with fire melts in the mouth. After the generous cheese tray, the caramelized apple on its berry breton is a little wonder! A lot of finesse and accuracy in flavors and cooking for a sweet price. Congratulations!!!?
