Otobo Sushi & Bar - Reserva de mesa

Unfortunately my experience here wasn’t great. I will say service was decent, but I didn’t get a single refill on my drink, nor did she ask. We ordered the ceviche which isn’t ceviche? It’s a pile of unseasoned fish, with a sauce called “Ceviche”? Which isn’t acidic and doesn’t cook the fish?? It’s a mayo sauce so it just tasted like poke bowl in desperate need of rice. We got three rolls. The entire sushi menu seems incredibly repetitive with the same ingredients. We got our rolls and the amount of eel sauce absolutely overwhelmed any other flavors in the dish. I wasn’t impressed. 3/5

The server was a super sweet young man. Very attentive and polite. The food service was very fast. It was delicious. I ate the lunch special of pork katsu. I also had this fish shaped ice cream sandwich with vanilla ice cream and what tasted like homemade strawberry preserves. Soooo good. The atmosphere is wonderful. They have music but it's not loud. The decor is simple but tasteful. We were there another 30 minutes after we paid and not once did they make us feel rushed. It's a nice restaurant. I want to come back to have a birthday dinner in the special dining area they have there.

The food was good, but slightly overpriced (not much, but a couple bucks higher for the quality in my opinion). The waitress was very friendly, came around quite often to check on us. The music was ok. But my fiance and I both agreed that it felt like a bit more hipster atmosphere than a sushi restaurant. The music was like a top 10 Playlist. Overall though, the food was good, and we will definitely be back another time!

Found this place recently and glad we did. Delicious Godzilla Roll and fried rice. Fresh and you can see the chefs making the sushi, even from the safe pick up. Close to home and easy to order online. They just updated their website and I think they're using toast for online ordering. It has much better functionality than before. Reserva una mesa ahora

Sushi and teriyaki at this restaurant are a breeze. The food is consistently fantastic. I recently had the tuna poke bowl with creamy ginger sauce, which was delicious although I wish there was more ginger in the sauce. The service is top-notch and there is ample parking available.

Nice little restaurant. Found it unexpectedly but it's a treat. It is not fancy, but food is absolutely delicious. Their drinks were good too. Staff was super nice and polite. It wasn't crowded at all but we came before closing so that might be the reason why.

My sushi (one $15 roll) was tasty and I enjoyed it. I went there for a quick lunch but the dining area looks nice. If I were a local I would take others there. There's no shortage of small sushi restaurants near by so competition is tough.

Ordered from their new ghost kitchen avondale location and was not disappointed. Presentation is good. Flavor 10/10. Good portions for a good price. You cant go wrong ordering from them. Will def be ordering from them again. Reserva una mesa ahora

I'm not a huge fan of sushi restaurants, but this one is really good. The food is very fresh and delicious, and the decor is nice. I would definitely recommend this place.

The sushi at this restaurant is delicious, fresh, and affordable. The outdoor patio is small but pleasant, and the service is attentive. Definitely give it a try!
