I went to buy my usual three 2-litre bottles of room temperature Pepsi Zero, which I thought would be $7. When I got to the counter, I was informed that the price had increased by 33 cents per bottle, totaling an additional dollar. What frustrated me was the lack of any signage regarding the price change. I called to inquire about it, but as usual, there was no manager available. They apparently close at 2 PM, which isn't convenient for those of us who work during the day. This feels completely unreasonable. A price hike of over 10% is hard to justify. Excellent Customer Service! The entire staff is extremely professional. Even though it's a busy service station, the team maintains a polite and efficient approach, ensuring you are served as quickly as possible. They offer a wide range of products, making it a great option on public holidays when the major shops are closed. You can find a good variety of items available. There is an EFTPOS machine located at the back and they also sell lottery tickets. Their hot food and cakes are consistently fresh, and they even offer fresh flowers for purchase. Being open 24 hours adds to its convenience. Despite the hustle and bustle, the staff manages everything seamlessly.

This is a spacious store that offers delicious food and a variety of everyday items. While the service can be slow during peak hours, the staff usually apologize when you reach the counter. All the fuel pumps unexpectedly shut down, causing significant frustration among customers. Apparently, this issue occurred a few days prior as well. I had to go somewhere else to complete my refueling.

I would give minus 10 stars if there was an option. useful worker esp manager, price hike everything especially fuel. avoid them.
