Otto - Reserva de mesa

So I went in last night around 1130pm on Friday 2/4/22. The only reason I?m putting in a date and time is so the owner know who worked that day. First of all the pizza was great and the price was reasonable. The lady at the cashier was rude and just giving attitude for no reason. It was almost like I was bothering her for ordering food. Pizza is delicious, but their customer service is atrocious! I needed to call to ask for no cheese on a pizza due to a dairy allergy, so I called to make the adjustment-as I was unable to add a note on doordash. I called the restaurant 18 (EIGHTEEN) times, to no avail. I also called a different location for assistance, and still could not reach anyone. Due to the terrible service, I will not be reordering from this specific location.

You OTTO NOT try this pizza! First they tried to get me to buy a mushroom pepperoni pizza that was cold. Absolutely terrible! I'm not sure what prompted me to go in here this evening but it ended up being a huge mistake. Waited to place my order and took off for 10 minutes. When I returned the new cashier couldn't find my order that hadn't been started. Ended up waiting almost one hour for a sloppy messy greasy pizza.

This restaurant has the most terrible service. Our pizza was ready for 5 minutes and nobody bothered to inform us. We sat there waiting without any update. Only when I inquired about the pizza did they mention that it was ready. Furthermore, the pizza itself was a soggy mess. I would have much preferred to have tacos instead. Reserva una mesa ahora

This pizza is a floppy mess. The sauce is too sweet, the crust is closer to pita bread than pizza crust and the cheese is inferior. The only redeeming aspect was the woman working there who was very pleasant and efficient.

We love Otto! Their dough is crispy and not too thick. Love the toppings offered. Friendly staff. Can grab pizza by the slice or the whole thing. Salads are always fresh. This is our go-to pizza place for delivery.

Purchased pizza by the slice to go and someone actually packaged my pizza with a bite in it. Giving 3 stars instead of 1 because I was able to get a refund. The pizza did not look very appetizing to be honest.

Matt was fantastic. He was very attentive and knowledgeable about Boston culture. I would definitely purchase from Matt and the rest of the Otto staff again. The restaurant is also very welcoming to children. Reserva una mesa ahora

This place is amazing! They always deliver high quality service, kindness, and satisfaction. Highly recommend. Barely review, but I promise at any hour this place doesn?t disappoint.

I have never tasted their pizza before, but after waiting for 1.5 hours without receiving my order, I will definitely not be ordering pizza from Otto again.
