We were excited to try Otto during our anniversary trip to Chester. We stayed at a lovely Airbnb right in the heart of downtown, and Otto was conveniently located just down the street. We ordered a large paprika pizza, and they told us it would be ready in just 10 minutes. Impressive speed! We walked around a bit and returned a little early, but to our surprise, the pizza was already ready. We took it home, but when we tried to eat it, it was lukewarm and needed heating up—had it been sitting out for a while? It was a rainy Tuesday around 5:15 PM. The margarita pizza was incredible the drink not so much. I ordered a Moscow Mule and it was served in a plastic cup. There is only outdoor seating under a very hot tent. No fans or anything to circulate airflow. The server wasn 't engaging at all and just had this blank look on her face like she was being forced to work. The pizza is great and it 's the only item I would recommend and next time I 'll get it to go and skip the dine in experience.

Hard to give one score as their food is variable. Their meaty pizzas are always 5/5. Their veg ones have gotten more bland to my taste 4/5 at best. Tried the brisket tonight after hearing good things 2/5. Was a bit tough, not smoked at all, and cut along the grain not against. Come on gang BBQ 101. Not getting that here again. And please help out your staff they’re doing great but look overworked. Service: Dine in

The outdoor garden with a tent is lovely. The pizza is fantastic! Overall, I'd rate the food a 5, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 4.
