This was my second visit to the Andover location because the food was so good the first time. There was a mix-up with the order and the pizza went to a different table and it was a very long wait. The server was as accommodating as possible. The atmosphere during the early Friday night visit was loud, heavy on the children, lots of screaming and crying from toddlers. That added to the unpleasant error or waiting for food and being very hungry. Mistakes happen.
Not sure what to say? have given this pizza place a few chances. When they are on, they are amazing! But unfortunately not consistent at all. We place the same order when ordering from Otto and sometimes it?s great and sometimes it?s really awful. This evening my husband ordered a meatball sub and received 6 meatballs in a plastic container. Our pizza and breadsticks had zero seasoning, normally there is tons of flavor!
The pizza was delicious! I ordered a small chicken basil pie. My only complaint is that the online system said it would take 65 minutes to prepare, but it was clearly ready much sooner. When I took my first few bites, the pizza was cold, barely warm at all. I ended up having to put it in the air fryer. Overall, the pizza was good, but I imagine it might taste even better fresh out of the oven.
We arrived early for our order, and it was ready! The staff was very welcoming, and we were comfortable eating inside even though we had planned on taking out. Pizza is fantastic and they have a great rotating tap selection. There isn't much on the menu besides pizza and nice fresh salads but if that's what you're looking for then this is a top choice.
This is a fantastic place in Downtown to enjoy some pizza and beer. The bar is roomy, and the staff is very attentive. Recently, Fabian provided excellent service. It's definitely worth a visit!

Best pizza in town and the only one with vegan cheese option. Great fresh salad with a house dressing they should bottle. Service excellent.
