With our friends and the dog Otto we stayed at the Otto-Hoffmeister-Haus from Friday to Saturday. Drink coffee and eat ice cream in the beautiful beer garden... just a poem. The service is very friendly and accommodating, more than nice. : Dinner at the Albengel was really delicious. Dog Otto got two Viennese sausages. (y I was allowed to choose a room for the night completely according to my taste. (y The rooms are friendly and very well furnished, cozy and especially with a lot of love. We slept dreamily in the bed of heaven. The breakfast table was very nicely covered in the cosy guest room. It was a wonderful delicious breakfast, it didn't miss anything. The signs were good....A great winter day on the swab.Alb, my stomach crawled and a jewellery place invited to stay. Unfortunately, it was different...the guest house decorated with love and the symphatic hostess could no longer improve. Unfortunately, my sour roast was completely boiled and the potato salad offered on the menu was missing. Although the place was not busy, unfortunately the service did not work perfectly, so it had to be accepted for a longer waiting period only when ordering. Despite this only moderate evaluation, I think because of the other assessments here that you can do better... I'll be surprised to see you again....
We were in a rainy Sunday in the beautifully decorated place. It was well visited, but not excessively full. The service was tried and the service was fast. The food is about what you expect from a Swabian cuisine. The children's carving was self-puffed (you could even hear the knocking out of the kitchen), the sour roasts with a beautiful sauce (only no finished sauce), late tiles were round and long and at the salad were the very many cattle strips pink. Also a dish with the delicious potato salad, which was also not from the can. I don't know what the other guests have experienced, but we definitely come back.
Very nice well maintained restaurant. Very nice ambience and super location. Yesterday. They found a place and were served very quickly. Eating was delicious and waiting was okay. For Saturdays lunch was amazing much. There were 2 operators who had to be fast. I did well with this storm. The prices were okay. Toilets very clean and everything very nicely furnished. There is a point withdrawal due to the wrong account. Other prices in cash as on the Riser. Money was reimbursed without any problems.

Delicious Swabian dishes, idyllic backdrop with pleasant rustic flair for the animals from the beer garden to make a place for the soul to ensure the exemplary adherence to the Corona protective measures, as you rarely see it, and not least a super boss that ensures the well-being of their guests with body and soul We will definitely come back!
Very cozy beer garden in the middle of a high moor. Beautifully laid under a semi-circular roof with adjoining pasture. accommodation possible.
Great Cordon-bleu with smoke ham and mountain cheese-sensational delicious!
Because of the Corona there were only delicious stamps and a red sausage...
