always friendly and helpful staff and a super host. here Andreas ott, who sued his father 25 years ago, continued in the excellent family tradition of hotel and restaurant with a super cellar in the bargains. to time a challenging work with a new...small built just a few meters away. but don't let them stand off from the site, the service and the food is just as good as ever before and they try even more difficult to please their guests, as many people unfortunately avoid location near a building. the menu is not enormous and so the chefs can concentrate on making even better work on seasonal specialities with regionally produced means of life.
Everything about this restaurant was perfect for a romantic evening. We had the chateau briand which was cooked to perfection served by two waiters in a lovely traditional ceremony. The wine menu is impressive, but you can also order the surprise bottle for 20...Euro which in our case was a perfectly suitable Italian Merlot. The restaurant is not cheap, but we really enjoyed our meal the whole experience.
another business trip with friends in this restaurant this hotel. we enjoyed the beer, wein and steak, all three of us had the same dishes, I really enjoyed the middle bark cooked exactly right it was the great size. we also had a red... wine that was really nice. great thing is on business sometimes other companies pick up the registercard.

Delicious food! The menu has a wide range of choices with 5 vegetarian options. As an example, the sage-brown butter mushroom ravioli is topped w pumpkin seeds and sunflowers seeds so many flavors! The service was friendly, professional and prompt. I'd go well out...of my way to come back!
The goat cheese salad still excites me when I think about it. It was one of the best salads ever had. And then the steak was good n good. To top it up with a truffle. Omg. It was a brilliant day out with my...buddies. A beautifully lit restaurant with a nice ambience.
For veggies Weil am Rhein is no paradise. But you have a good vegetarian (and non-veggie) choice at the Ott's Hotel-Restaurant Leopoldshöhe in the town centre. High quality ingredients, good choice of wines, decent prices, nice staff. Recommended.
I liked the Nüsslesalat, the fried Eglifilet with the Remouladesauce and we all liked a lot the big selection of international wines. The ice-cream with the chilly and the warm chocolate cake together with the Argentinian Malbec, just awesome.

I liked the asparagus, which is in season now, and especially the smoked ham and Hollandaise sauce. The service was also very good. I'll be back.
