Came last night with my mother for dinner after not visiting in years and was pleasantly surprised. It was a great experience as the hostesses greeted us and sat us right away to our Wonderful waiter Warren W. telling us he already had waters with lemon and bread on their way to our table and would be back to give us time to look at our menus and take our orders. Our food was great! The new bone in ribeye with butter cap was so flavourful it didnt need A1! I also have to say that the rest of the supporting staff seemed great as well, pitching in to bring our food as well as other tables meals, to keeping the resturaunt tidy by cleaning tables right away after parties left. This restaurant isn’t what it used to be. We came for dinner we saw like 10 people on the floor, four of them in the front doing nothing. When we arrived to order people in front of us, and behind us were returning the food because there was a problem with their items. Our Waiter was a little slow, before giving us our bill. He asked if he could take an order from a group of eight people. I feel bad for the manager, but the manager is the one that should be correct in the problems, and not being part of the problem.

Kudos to Kevin....who always remember my son (who is on the Autism Spectrum) and I. He's always great! Provides above and beyond service which makes us always want to come back to this location. He treats us with his utmost respect and kindness which makes my son super comfortable! In addition I want to give kudos to the hostess, Jaylene who handled two elderly ladies who was over top...she handled them respectfully.

This location is one of the few originals that are still great! Not to mention they have amazing staff! Our waiter, Stefan, took care of our large party so well. The best outback experience I’ve had EVER!! Stefan is patient, super attentive, and really spoiled us with his hospitality! We’ve gone to so many other locations with our family and it doesn’t compare to this one. We cannot wait to come back!!

Server Kevin A is extremely chill and nice. Good service and the food was delicious. Would Definitely come again. They need back cushions for the seats though.
