From the moment we walked into the restaurant, we were greeted with a warm smile and impeccable service from our waiter- Joshua . He took the time to explain the menu and even made some great recommendations based on our preferences. Throughout the meal, Joshua was attentive without being overbearing. He checked on us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed and our glasses were never empty for long. He was knowledgeable about the ingredients and preparation of each dish, which added an extra layer of appreciation to the culinary experience. Went out with my parents for Father's day my parents come here often but as I just moved back to the area it was my first time here. We had a great time, food was decent, steaks were cooked well and flavorful But leaving a review specifically to mention our server Madi who was great (my very sweet parents at times can have multiple requests and need some extra attention . Madi was extremely patient, very helpful, and helped change our order as well. She had great recommendations and her friendly demeanor made us feel welcome and at home. Would def return :
Amazing AMAZING service! Would definitely dine with this location again! My server Diana and the manager Anthony are awesome! Corporate should give them a raise! I drove 40 mins to come here because of the hours and them closing a little later than a closer location to me… It was a great, speedy, and polite service. Thank you for running the restaurant with ease and making myself and my family happy customers! I hope a promotion or reward is on the way! Now this is the reason that we love Outback; because of great experiences like these.
The meal was great overall, and our server Nina was amazing! The steaks were prepared well and Nina was very pleasant and helpful. She was always checking to make sure everything was good, interacted with us more than what would normally be expected, and wasted no time getting more napkins when we had a spill. My friend is very particular about his meals, which is a bit of a pain when we go out, but she made sure his steak was done exactly the way he wanted it. Will definitely be back! Highly recommend! Take out is usually pretty good but this time only a half bowl of soup. After my post I did receive a call from the restaurant manager stating that the order is for a cup of soup which was placed in a bowl and they would be happy to give more on my next order. I have ordered this from another restaurant with no issue but I do commend the manager for the call.
Some of the best service I’ve had in a while! Better than some much more expensive places I’ve dined at. We eat out all the time and rarely have service this good. Our server was Josh. He was very professional, polite, and paid attention to detail. The food was great too! I used to be a server so I really appreciate getting good service.
The food was so good and our service was amazing! My steak was so flavorful and cooked with just the right amount of pink. My husband got a burger and he said it was perfect! Corey was our waiter and he was so pleasant to talk to! Very happy with our time there and we will return to this location and hopefully Corey will be working!!
