I have visited several Outback locations across the U.S., and this one is by far the best. The service is exceptional, with friendly and professional staff who have a thorough knowledge of the menu. They pay close attention to food allergies, ensuring a safe dining experience. Even when the restaurant is full, the service remains consistent and attentive. The food is also excellent. On one occasion, they mistakenly brought out an overcooked steak, but instead of just adjusting it, they provided a completely new plate with fresh sides. We were allowed to keep the original steak, which was nice because it meant the person could have something to eat while waiting for the properly cooked dish....
I always enjoy dining at Outback because their food is consistently delicious, but my most recent visit surpassed all expectations. I've never sent food back before, but when I received my steak, it was oddly purple and I couldn’t quite figure out what was wrong with it. Parker promptly took it back and brought me a perfectly cooked steak, just the way I ordered, accompanied by fresh sides. He was incredibly gracious and made sure I was satisfied with the replacement. The service was outstanding! They truly prioritize your happiness and never make you feel uncomfortable if something isn’t right with your order.
cynthia was our waitress and she is very detailed and takes care of her customers. she walked us through the menu and even brought out a sample of the Kiwi-Addon for my limonade and I liked the drink too. I wouldn't have tried if she didn't. she also brought 2 different dresses for my salad and both were fantastic! if it were not for cynthia, I would not have enjoyed mine at night. my wife also enjoyed her meal and the very thoughtful gests. our food was perfect, the steaks were so good. this was a very pleasant experience and we are very happy to return customers.
This particular Outback location is one of the best I've visited. The service is excellent, and even the curbside pickup is fantastic—they're always on top of things! The lighting is a bit dim, which is typical for all Outback restaurants. The food is delicious, consistently served hot and fresh, along with endless honey wheat bread and butter. The staff is accommodating to parties of all sizes. Curbside pickup is ideal for those nights when you want to enjoy a meal at home.

What a fun evening with excellent customer service. The food was outstanding! From walking in to the restaurant to leaving , hostesses pleasantly greeted us and made sure to tell us to have a good evening upon leaving. Our waitress, Madi was excellent. She was friendly and attentive to details. The food was brought out hot and our bread was refilled without us having to ask.
The steak options are excellent and the portions are beautifully generous. I also tried the baked potato soup, which was quite tasty. The wheat bread, along with the slightly sweet butter that comes with it, was a lovely addition.
A roach came flying out of the menu. The waiter was unconcerned. It must be a common experience. I wrote the manager a letter about the poor experience, I never got a reply. I like Outback, but won't be going back there.
Food was good. Service was decent. Kind of odd we were all put in the bar area. I guess they wanted the bartender to close the night out. She kept up fairly well buy just odd for it to be forced into one spot.

This spot is worth trying. They serve large portions for reasonable rates. Always well kept and with fantastic character. Will visit here again.
The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent! Cristian was a fantastic server!
