You’d think working locally, and especially surrounded by business parks and office buildings, and in hunt valley this outback would hold it self to a high standard. Making it a point to go out to a nice business lunch instead of bringing food from home would be nice, atmosphere, food, service you know, a standard restaurant experience? Well this Outback is the opposite. Bad music, the bar TV has a screensaver on? The service was non existent. Food took half an hour and when it got here? Mediocre. Burnt to a literal crisp shrimp was like eating cigarette butts. Steak over cooked (ordered medium) and dry noodles, it’s Alfredo where’s the frikkin sauce? Megan (The Manager) is the MVP of service. I have never received a type of service in Maryland to the standard of what all 16 of our party received on 6/14/22. Celebratory graduation dinner, we called ahead, section was set. We placed out orders. Everything came out hot. Our drinks Amazing! She even stopped and immediately put in the fussy baby order so it would be ready. Megan made all our drinks and served our food. I have no idea how the heck she did all of this. Wonder Woman has nothing on her. I hope corporate read this review because Megan at the Outback in Hunt Vally, Md IS your best manager and deserve the recognition AND increase in pay. Great service and staff; absolutely no complaints here. My waitress always made sure my glass was full. I've been to a lot of Outback Steakhouses and this one had the worst French Onion soup. The porterhouse steak was perfect and so were the mixed vegetables. There is plenty of parking at this location. Bathrooms were clean but, be careful of the floor, it's very slippery. Also, when you enter the building go to the right for Outback, there are two different restaurants on site.
One of the things I appreciate most about franchise restaurants is their consistency. Whenever I crave a specific meal and want it to taste exactly as it did last time, I head to Outback Steakhouse. I always order their 6-ounce steak with loaded baked potatoes, and it never disappoints – it tastes the same every time. The staff here are wonderful; I've never had any issues. The location in the Hunt Valley is a synonym for consistency. Great value for money. I love the 6 oz Outback Special and the choice of 2 pages. My favorites are chopped salad with pecans and blue cheese with a loaded baking potato. It is a complete meal for a low price to make cheaper than it itself. Service is always great and Proprietor, Craig is always welcoming and visible to new and returning customers.
I've eaten steak at many different places, but Outback Steakhouse is definitely my favorite. The location is fantastic, and we've always been seated right away. The staff has consistently provided excellent service, and our meals arrive cooked to perfection every time. That's one of the things I love about franchise chains—the food is consistently great with each visit. I highly recommend this restaurant!
Our waitress Sam was the best. We walked in with a sixteen person party and she made it work. With the best attitude she was always making sure that everything was filled and up to par. If I could give her more stars I would. Every bit of food was filling and delicious. Worth the late night trip couldnt be happier
