It’s been many years since my family and I visited the Secaucus location due to an extremely bad experience. Tonight we decided to give it another chance and I have to say that we’re glad we did. It looked like the location had a complete management/staff makeover and this new team was phenomenal! The food, service, atmosphere, and attentiveness were on point. Erica (the supervisor) and Dani (our server) were excellent! We noticed Erica running back and forth making sure everyone was seated comfortably, asking the customers if everything was good with the service/ food, she was even bringing out food to the tables..it seemed like she was doing 3 jobs at once and handled it like a champ. worse service in the pick up take out area, today 4-17-2024 940pm some people and I spent 10 minutes waiting to be served and there was no one to help us, we asked a waiter for help, he also disappeared, and since no one came out to serve us, I decided to leave that place, ATTENTION OWNER OF THIS LOCAL PAY MORE ATTENTION TO YOUR BUSINESS BECAUSE THOSE PEOPLE YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE MAKING YOU LOSE MONEY
Located right next to the Marriott, this restaurant offers specials on select days, which are often displayed at the entrance or on apps like Google Maps. For example, you can find deals such as steak and lobster for $19.95 USD on Mondays. I visited at 3 PM, and it was fairly quiet at that time. Each of these restaurants has a relaxing ambiance.
The food was good, but Danni truly stood out! She was incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring we understood the menu. Danni stopped by our table several times to check if we needed anything. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, all thanks to the exceptional customer service.

I ordered BBQ ribs tonight and I was really disappointed when I got home. The ribs were very dry, and my mashed potatoes tasted stale. Honestly, I think Applebee's is a lot better.
Erika was amazing she was very well dressed sweet and amazing to speak to and understanding when we approached her with a issue we were having great customer service
This, by far, was the best Outback we have experienced. Oscar in the kitchen gave us the best food we have had in the franchise. The staff was excellent.
The standards are high here. You can always expect consistency, and Outback keeps things straightforward.
