Horrible restaurant experience. Never got greeted, never offered water, never got checked on throughout our dinner food came out cold and my kids meal came last. The drinks from the bar arrived after we finished our food, the orders weren’t complete and after receiving the check there were still items on there which we did not receive. Went to look for manager and him and bartender are chilling laughing when asked for the manager services we waited 10 minutes before he arrived to our table, completely no customer service!!! 0/10 if I could.
The food missed the mark on this visit. My wife's steak was over-cooked, and my prime rib was a bad cut. The bread was outstanding as always, and the service was outstanding also, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of lower. We will be back, because most of the time this is a 5 star experience for us. We eat here a lot. The bartenders are always great. That's where we opt to dine, and frankly, I feel a little bad about not giving it 5 stars, but have to be honest about the food during this visit.
Was disappointed that my meal arrived totally cold, when the restaurant is barely 2 miles from my house. The steak was a bit tougher then I thought it would be, and the mash potatoes were bland. This was my surprise birthday dinner, so I was very disappointed with it not being what I thought Outback quality would be. Even the bread was cold. Meal type: Dinner
Bad service. Wasn’t busy. Server was occupied with 2 other tables. Their food came out before ours and I had ordered 20mins before them. Asked for plates in the beginning. Never got them until I got up to ask another server. Disappointed since I took my children out on a school night to eat steak. We got up and left. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
