This Outback robbed me of $60 by not informing our table from the get go that their gift card services were down. There’s supposedly no way to refund my card and charge the gift card now that the systems are operating again 2 days later. I’ve worked in restaurants all my life and never once ran into this problem because I encourage employees to be straightforward and transparent with guests when systems that should be operating are not. I live check to check and was at Outback because I have no food and needed a meal that I knew would be covered by the gift card I already have. Manager Kristy was more than accommodating when we requested to be seated outside on a beautiful evening. We were a table of 9, so it was extra effort as the space was not yet prepared for service. She also found out our family was celebrating a 30 year wedding Anniversary and put together the cutest gift bag with some simple joys inside to make the couple feel loved. We then had Server Katelyn who was an absolute delight! On top of her normal tables inside the restaurant, she was able to stay attentive to the needs of our table outside. Met up w/out of town friends for dinner time to visit. Burgers were great, husband had a sirloin grilled shrimp w/a Caesar salad baked potato, I really enjoyed a huge boneless fried chicken breast w/spicey roumelade drizzle (house salad loaded baked potato), my friend had a prime rib French dip sandwich salad. All our food came the same time was perfect; our server Alex was attentive w/out being too much so, cheerfully tended to us. We went on a Sunday evening, they weren 't busy, but everyone was 'on their game. ' OUTBACKs in our area are normally very consistent in product AND service.
We’ve been here 100 times and normally…it’s an Outback. Normal rigamarole, decent food, decent service. This time warrants a review. Our server Kammi was fantastic; quick, attentive, and very pleasant! Then there was the steak. I’ve eaten Outback steak before. This wasn’t the usual. After talking with the manager Kristy, also super nice, and she told me it was new finishing butter and it makes the steak MELT with the perfect flavor and seasoning. Our Server was Cory/Kory Visited this Outback location today with my family of eight, including four children, and it was by far the best experience we 've had. The staff, from the greeters to the waiter and management, were incredibly accommodating and provided excellent customer service throughout. The food was promptly served and prepared to perfection, leaving us with no complaints. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a delightful dining experience for everyone.
They served me salmon that had gone bad. I thought it tasted different than it usually does and the texture was off but wasn’t sure until I got horrible food poisoning within an hour of eating here. Looked up what spoiled salmon tastes like and it was exactly how their salmon tasted. How dangerous for people with weaker immune systems.
