The food at this restaurant is very expensive and disappointing. Our waitress, named Amber, made a joke about wiping a small drop of sauce on my menu on my sweater and then walked away laughing sinisterly. It also seemed like she may have been under the influence of something. As a result, some customers left. In my opinion, a waitress reflects the quality of the business. I will not be making the effort to drive half an hour to this restaurant again, as it has seriously declined in quality over the years. It is understandable that finding good help can be challenging, but how desperate does the restaurant have to be to employ someone like this?

I will never go half an hour to this restaurant again, which has gone seriously down in the course of the years. I know it's hard to find good help, but how desperate are they for help?
Unfortunately I ordered a grilled chicken cobb salad and arrived home to find just salad, no chicken. Was told by the person answering the phone that she packed the chicken and then was asked if I'd checked the bag. Wish I could post the pics I took to see if folks see chicken. Do people scam Outback to get the 6 or 7 little strips they add on the side? Then told she could put a credit on my card but I paid cash. Done with Outback.
Our server, Kathy, took on the dual role of hostess and server, handling multiple tables at once with skill. She provided exceptional service and maintained a warm smile throughout. Kathy is a true asset to your restaurant and deserves recognition for her outstanding work, even in tough situations. Thank you for your service today, Kathy! first time coming to outback steakhouse wasn’t sure what to order but the waitress joyce recommended me the lobster tail and it was amazing …service was great food came out fast and even tho my husbands order was over complicated she got everything right to the T .. we’ll be coming back here soon! highly recommended ask for joyce!!
I received delivery for my birthday and Father's Day. The food arrived on time, was cooked perfectly, packaged well, and there was enough for three people. The person who delivered the food wore a mask and was very pleasant. It was a fantastic treat! I would definitely order from them again.
We need more African American cooks and servers to serve us properly. I cook filet mignon occasionally and this was the worst. Everything is previously cooked and warmed as you order. I'm a restaurant owner and I'd never!!! NEVER AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION! We're calling Chef Ramsey!!
Our waitress was fantastic. Since COVID, I've been a bit forgetful, and I can't recall her name, but I would definitely recognize her if I saw her again. The food was exactly what we were looking for, so we were very satisfied!

The lobster tails were overcooked and dry, and the steakhouse mac and cheese was similarly lacking in moisture. However, the bread and side garden salad were both quite good. The server provided excellent service.
Great customer service from host, server, and MOD. I will be back.
