Outback Steakhouse Tuscaloosa

Let me say he had a wonderful experience. The food was a little problem. My son ordered the salmon that was far overcooked and had a metallic, fishy taste. We drew it to the server that came over the manager. I would like to point out the professional, nurturing and understanding way in which we were treated. You couldn't have been more friendly and thoughtful. My Porterhouse Steak was honestly the second best steak I've ever put in my mouth. It was perfect and worth the money. Staff went beyond and beyond. I highly recommend not only for food, but also for people. You make it worth it.

Our experience in the outback was pretty nice. Our waiter Jay was very friendly, sweet and helpful. We probably came an hour before graduation, so we felt kind of bad, but he didn't excite us or something. We were able to order our food and only have a good time, its mood was amazing and its customer service skills were on point. So thank Jay for your help tonight.

My first time in the south. Taking my daughter to college went here for dinner. Dana was fantastic. I really enjoyed our conversation. She made sure that everything was delicious and was brought to the table very quickly. Their leadership style with the younger servers was friendly and professional. Kudos to her!

Our waiter, Norbie, was fantastic! He made sure he looked after us and was very nice. He was quick to inform us about the status of all our foods and drinks. Dana, the manager, even came by to check us out and make sure we do that well. Very pleasant atmosphere and crew. Definitely recommend!

Always a great experience and yummy food. I always ask for Dana because she is the BEST! Always has a smile on her face and is genuinely happy to help me and my family with anything we need. Do yourself a favor and go see Dana at the Tuscaloosa location. You won’t be disappointed!
