Used to be my go to place... but the new ownership, and the rude staff has ruined this place.. As a regular customer, I requested to make sure proper amount of salt is added to the fish and chips... and the staffer cooking added so much salt and don’t know what) that it wasn’t even edible... my eyes could not believe the amount of salt unless I tasted... see the pics.... also when called back to complain... I was rudely told it’s because I asked for salt:
The new management has worked on a lot of the previous feedback given to them and this is clearly reflected by massive improvement in their food and service. Always friendly and efficient for both online orders and in-person. The quality/taste has improved heaps too. Great value and always generous with the servings. Really humble family run business that works hard at improving the place to make it a local mainstay. Highly recommend.
Thanks for the food poisoning. Still sick because of the fish I ate last night. Standard was much lower than before. I have previously ordered from here with no complaint. But periodically this place has gotten worse and worse and the food of poorer standard. The fish last night was the last straw for me. Sorry Outlook Drive but you've lost a customer now. I am not going through that pain and sick ever again if I can avoid it.
Absolutely amazing! We order from them regularly and every time the food has been super fresh, hot delicious their batter is awesome! The Dinner Pack for 2 is the best I love that it includes a drink as all the other places we've tried don't. The staff are always very helpful and friendly, so to are the delivery drivers we've ordered through all the main apps. Definitely recommend!!!
