The fish and chips have always been pretty average from here, and the parmas are the worst I've tasted if I'm honest, but we'd often order from Outlook Drive Fish Chips just for the amazing, home made onion rings and potato cakes alone. Much to our disappointment the huge, crunchy, rings have been replaced with what appear to be the frozen variety, and the once delicious, fluffy, home made potato cakes appear to have suffered the same fate. Such a shame as their only saving grace amongst the truly awful burgers, average fish, shrivelled nuggets, and parmigianas that tasted like old boots were these two menu items, and they excelled in them. The new management has taken previous feedback into account, and it shows in the significant improvements in both their food and service. The staff is always friendly and efficient, whether you’re placing an order online or dining in. The quality and taste of the dishes have improved tremendously as well. It’s great value for money, and the portions are very generous. This is a humble, family-run business that is dedicated to enhancing the dining experience and becoming a local favorite. I highly recommend it!
I appreciate the food poisoning. I’m still feeling unwell from the fish I had last night. The quality has declined significantly compared to before. I've ordered from here in the past without any issues, but it seems like this place keeps getting worse with poorer quality food. The fish I had last night was the final straw for me. I’m sorry, Outlook Drive, but you’ve lost a customer. I won't put myself through that pain and sickness again if I can help it.
Used to be my go to place... but the new ownership, and the rude staff has ruined this place.. As a regular customer, I requested to make sure proper amount of salt is added to the fish and chips... and the staffer cooking added so much salt and don’t know what) that it wasn’t even edible... my eyes could not believe the amount of salt unless I tasted... see the pics.... also when called back to complain... HELL YES not a single bad thing to say. Delivery through uber and the food was still crispy, delicious and not greasy. Unfortunately with alot of stores they go crazy with added salt but outlook had the perfect amount. Packs are handy and sauce tubs aren't stingy but they are tasty. It's nice to finally find a crunch tasty piece of fish and the batter not be thick and coating your mouth Keep up the amazing food.
Absolutely amazing! We order from them regularly and every time the food has been super fresh, hot delicious their batter is awesome! The Dinner Pack for 2 is the best I love that it includes a drink as all the other places we've tried don't. The staff are always very helpful and friendly, so to are the delivery drivers we've ordered through all the main apps. Definitely recommend!!!
So, their food is really good, I would strongly recommend especially their burger with the lot, the chips are perfect, hotdog in batter is top notch, their flake is so delicious I can't get enough of it, the place is easily accessible to all, plenty of spots to park your car, customer service is pretty good, ambience is alright.
This has to be the most soggy and unappetizing HSP I've ever ordered. To make matters worse, it took more than 1.5 hours to arrive. We spent over $70 on dinner, and had I known the service and food would be this terrible, I would have just cooked at home. I will never order from them again. Reserva una mesa ahora
This is an update to a previously negative review I left when the new owners took over this shop. I am glad to say that things have definitely improved, they have obviously made some changes and it reflects in the food. I'm happy that my local fish and chips shop is back. Good job.
