The restaurant did not honor our reservation and instead put us on a wait list, stating that it would be a 30 minute wait or longer. They mentioned that they do not honor third party reservations. Despite calling earlier in the day to confirm our table reservation and preferred seating, we were still told to wait upon arrival, even though we were 10 minutes early. As locals, we were disappointed by the rude and arrogant treatment from the staff and have no intention of returning to this establishment. The location is fantastic, especially if you enjoy dining outside by the waterway. They have great drinks, especially for Tequila lovers, and a good happy hour. The service is usually good, but the food can be inconsistent in quality and preparation. We made a reservation for a party of 7 for lunch, but the host was not prepared for us as she had not checked the OpenTable reservations. However, she quickly put a table together for us. The fish at this restaurant is consistently fresh and locally sourced. We especially enjoy the broccoli salad. For dessert, we were blown away by the flourless chocolate cake with peanut butter sauce—it was absolutely delicious!
