My family and I just celebrated my daughter's birthday at The Oyster Bar. We brought small cupcakes into the restaurant to have after dinner. Our waitress proceeded to explain to me that we would be charged $4 per person to eat the cupcakes that we brought in. I was shocked! I have never been to a restaurant where this is done. It was absolutely ridiculous!!!!!! We had 8 people in our group i figured we would have gratuity already added to the check but NOT 25% of our check!!! Unheard of!! Although the food was ok (not great), we have decided not to return to this restaurant again!!

HOLY COW. If you like raw oysters and shrimp in a laid back atmosphere, this is your place. It 's rare to find a real 'oyster bar ' and I 'm glad I 've stumbled upon this place. This will be my new favorite oyster eatery in LR. Dozen oysters on the half shell for $8 (ANYTIME), can 't beat that. To my skeptism, I wasn 't sure if the oysters would be fresh tasting, chilled, etc.; however, to my surprise, it was everything I wished for it an fresh shucked, chilled oyster. Maybe I just went during the peak of their performance, but none the less, will be going back.

Cool without trying to be. Good food and relatively cheap beer. Had the oyster po boy which was great tasting but a little small in size for the price. Also tried the 'special ' shrimp creole. Skip it. I will go back and try some other items next time. Service was a bit lame I asked for Tobasco sauce, and was told where to go get it across the room.

Great Meal, Good Times As Usual ..... Just had lunch at the OB once again and again they did not dissapoint. Great fried oysters, shrimp of all kinds and fried clams. Wish the hush puppies were not out of the freezer, but other than that another great visit. A must when in Little Rock.

I've always loved this place but what the new owners have done to this place has made it a top notch place to eat. Food excellent as always. Live music makes the dinner experience really nice. Service was beyond great. Just can't say enough great things.

Little bit of heaven. Moving to Little Rock after being stationed in New Orleans, I was itching for some Cajun cuisine. Found the Oyster Bar...THANK YOU JESUS!! The seafood gumbo and the shrimp po-boys are excellant!!!Lovin Life, Lovin Little Rock!!

Very good. Went here for the first time a few weeks ago and loved it. Me and my girlfriend split some peel and eat shrimp and crab legs. Everything was very fresh and tasted great. And its a very laid back easy going atmosphere

Cozy dive restaurant with big oysters and cold beer. What more could you need? They also have a mix-your-own cocktail sauce station. The service is kind of slow on the weekends, but still worth it if you're hungry for seafood.
