Used to be a favourite of ours. Not so much these days. Whenever we used to ring for the order to be delivered, they would always be half way through taking our order and then asking us to hold to answer either a customer in store or on the other line and then having to keep repeating the whole order again. We called up tonight to order as usual for delivery, to have them tell us they can’t deliver it and to order through Uber eats. We said there aren’t the options to add or remove ingredients on there and they said to put it in notes and they’ll sort it when it comes through under our name. So we said okay fine we will order through Uber eats. Then we receive our order to see they’ve happil...
I very rarely complain about food and unprofessional people but I received pizza from this shop, delivered because I 'm in the middle of an assignment. The pizza comes and I bite into it and the feta is off, I eat feta everyday I love feta. Called the shop only to be told I 'm wrong and handed over to 3 different people on the phone. I was told to bring my food back and they 'll see what they can do about it .. Took the pizza back and I said if you can eat all the feta off the pizza I will happily take it home and reheat it, but I 'm telling you it 's off. One of the workers ate a piece and told me yes you 're right it is off and the woman behind the counter said oh what do you want me to do...
I ordered spaghetti carbonara and lasagne. I couldn 't finish the lasagne as it was disgusting. The cheese was as tough as tyre rubber, there was no discernable bechamel sauce and the bolognese sauce was coarse and full of oil. It wasn 't just not good and it wasn 't just bad; it was disgusting. My kids (aged 11 and 13) refused to eat the carbonara after just one mouthful. Kids that age will almost any garbage..... but not this garbage. Never going back there! Their pizzas are mediocre but at a fair price. You 've lost several customers tonight
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT EAT HERE. Owner Staff are TERRIBLE. Absolutely rude and inconsiderate. Owner was on the phone while taking the order and kept asking us to repeat as they couldn’t understand what we wanted!! Our pizza was half cooked and it was soggy. Thankfully we checked before we left. Asked them if they could make it properly but they were rude and chose to ignore. We left the pizza there. Oz Pizza Delight in Cranbourne North offers exceptional pizza and outstanding service. They even graciously treated us to free sorbet ice cream! The pizza is perfectly cooked, with generous toppings that reach all the way to the crust. I highly recommend Oz Pizza Delight.
