We came back to Ozumo and were we ever disappointed!! Our server Esra was a disappointment to say the least especially for a place charging these prices. She was not able to help us navigate the menu when we had questions. We asked her for recommendations in the appetizer section and she literally pointed at every single item in random order. She was very difficult to understand which made things a little frustrating. She took the drink order for 2 people in our party of 4 and then left. ?!? She ignored the 2 other people at our table. The warm dish for one person in our party was brought to the table WAY ahead of the sushi plates for the others. That person wanted to eat with everyone else...
The staff was very good at taking care of us. However, the food was just another sushi place super expensive nothing extraordinary. Overall I wouldn’t go back since they’re 70 sushi places I could go to. I don’t really understand why people go here other than it’s a place to go after work or people want to go walk the waterfront after dinner.
Food is good here as always but overpriced for the quantity delivered. The service was pretty pushy, trying to upsell us which isn’t a great feeling. Alas the place was close to empty, no doubt a function of hybrid/remote Mondays.
Such an amazing experience. The food, the service, the views, everything was incredible! Highly recommend the yellowtail belly nigiri (buritoro) and the kyushu karaage!

Our waiter and the food were both great. The timing of the food was not. Two people had no food while the rest of us did for quite some time. Maybe a kitchen issue.
Excellent vib and wonderful service but when the bill came we were glad it was a special occasion and not just a Saturday night out experience.
Excellent sushi and hot entrees. Totally enjoyed our experience. The resturant has certainly stood the test of time.
Dinner was amazing! Wine list expensive. Would definitely go back to experience the menu more
