Pablo’s Escoburgers

After seeing the Gringo Hotdog featured on hotdogs of melbourne, we decided to give it a go, even if their marketing is a bit controversial <br/ <br/ The hotdog did not disappoint! Excellent quality sausage and bun and the mustard had a nice kick to it as well. Also noteworthy are the potato gems, the little pouch of 'powder ' is a fun play on the whole theme of the restaurant. <br/ <br/ Touche, guys, it 's a really fun setup, would come back again.

Seen the hype about pablos online and thought I'd better give it a suss! Gave the reefer burger a try and while the green burger freaked me a little it was damn delicious. Mega shakes didn't dissapoint either. The whole theme was wicked and took me back to my travelling days. Well done pablo's!

As a big fan of bratwurst, I really enjoyed the “Carlitos Way” hotdog. The sauerkraut was great too.<br/ <br/ Cool place and they go full on with the theme with some funny, dark humour in the names and descriptions on the menu. Go in with a lightheaded attitude and you’ll have a good time.

We ordered the Patron and the Billetico; both burgers featured fantastic roasted brioche buns. I particularly loved the double wagyu Patron, as its flavor was rich and vibrant. The Billetico was decent, though I found it to be more on the average side, but I still liked it. Reserva una mesa ahora

Pablo's might just be the most outrageous burger joint I've been to. Came for the laugh, stayed for taste! Behind the controversial brand are solid burgers and fries that taste amazing. Definitely will be back!

The next best thing after being on a coke bender for 3 days is a delicious burger from Pablos where I get to enjoy 2 things I love the most at the same time. COCAINE AND BURGERS! What a great concept.

This is the best burger I’ve ever had. It was so amazing that we ordered it in during lockdown so my partner could try it as well, and it tasted just as delicious at home as it did in the restaurant.

Always loved the burgers here and the theme was lots of fun! Patrone burger is just as good takeaway, tastes the way I always love it
