cozy little caffe in darlinghurst, served breakfast and lunch. catering for all needs! they can eat or take away. there are a few tables inside and outside, cover provided! they serve an all-day breakfast and lunch from the menu here, coffee and open days. we need to say if they want a buck burger buck that is really delicious that with chips for good comes they better come here! Pablo’s beef burger served with sweet potato friries is just that. burger was with bark and speck, cheese, pickles, spinat and tomato relish, it was juicy and delicious. the fries that came with him were beautiful and crispy, now this is a meal as cheap as chips! the riders alone cost br/> the burger was the obvious...
At first glance of the menu you would think this is a pretty good value for money breakfast. But then you are told breakfast will take 30min even though there are only 2 or 3 tables. Ive been a few times and this has happened every time. If you are a food service business you should have capacity to make more than a fee breakfasts every half an hour. I have spared them from a lower rating because at least they did warn us it would take a little while to make. Portions are on the smaller side.
Atmosphere is cool and shaded on a hot summers day, but they day we went here there was only one chef in the kitchen which meant we had to wait half an hour for simple eggs on toast and a bacon and egg wrap. Pretty unimpressed and dampened the experience... Will probably Go back to our usual cafe rather than return here due to that... Food was good, but portions were also small, likely cause hey hurried it out when we enquirer about it being late.
We get our morning coffee from here everyday and wish we had the time to eat here everytime too! The food always smells delicious, the menu has a wide range of options. The vibe is awesome. as you wouldn't expect such a great cafe seen as it is so tucked away. The staff are wonderful and make an effort to know your order. We love supporting Pablos. We are going to miss it when we move!

The inside is squishy, however it doesn't bother me much as I usually get everything take away.
I have a personal obsession for the chocolate honeycomb frogs they sell!!! Also the spinach and cheese frittatas are just so good. Also if you go there at around 3:30, there's happy hour on coffee!
Cool little spot! Cafe is set up a little different but definitely doesn't make the experience any less enjoyable. We ordered the haloumi special with smashed avo and egg. It was awesome! Props for the food quality. Coffee was nice, service was even better. Good little place to escape the busy roads of Sydney.
Great little cafe. Rocked up after a big night and had perfect recovery. Good Campos coffee, nudie juice and an insalata caprese on toast with a generous serve of perfectly crispy bacon on the side. Plus people + puppy watching and lovely staff. Winner!
Perch yourself at a small sidewalk table and cool down with an iced Campos latte while you watch the world go by. Pablo's Vice is quite literally a hole in the wall cafe with a really friendly vibe.

the best part of being at the place is the amazing sandwich in which the payment order is used when they try near the place, there sandwich should on their list the services are really smooth
Awesome service, fantastic coffee and good food. If I lived in Sydney this place would be my daily stop. The smiles and laughs brighten everyone's day.
