My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary at this restaurant on Saturday night, and it was a delightful experience. Our server, an older gentleman wearing glasses, provided outstanding service—attentive without being intrusive. Every dish we tried was delicious. I especially appreciated their half portion option for all pasta dishes; I wish more places offered this! We enjoyed a variety of drinks, appetizers, entrees, and desserts, but our favorites were the incredible bolognese and steak. To our surprise, the bill was much lower than we anticipated, especially given the quality and quantity of the food, which I would rate a perfect 10 out of 10. This was truly the best dining experience...
I was really looking forward to trying Paci, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the food quality, especially considering the price. I’m fine paying more if the food is worth it, but this just wasn’t the case. There are plenty of other Italian restaurants in Fairfield that are cheaper and at least three times better. The chicken was dry, and the servers didn’t even notice that we barely touched our appetizer and main courses. The man at the entrance was quite rude too, making the whole experience unpleasant. For the record, I only took two bites of my chicken, and I’m 28 years old—so, thanks for the compliment.
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. My wife and I decided to go there for New Year's, but unfortunately, the food was awful and the service was subpar. It seemed like the staff had no interest in being there; they might as well have just closed for the night. I don't typically write negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share that this was one of the worst and most expensive meals I've ever experienced. It truly ruined our New Year's Eve. To make matters worse, the food ended up making both my wife and me feel unwell.
I unfortunately arrived right after a wedding party of 50, which caused a long wait. We waited 45 minutes just for a charcuterie appetizer, and it took a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes for our meals to arrive. My steak was overcooked, and my wife’s dish was served ice cold. We won’t be returning. The only positive was that despite being just 20 feet from the building, we couldn’t hear the trains passing by.

I had one of the worst experiences at a restaurant here. We waited over two hours for our food, and when we brought it up to the waitress, she was incredibly rude and showed no apology. Eventually, we decided to leave without ever receiving our meal. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. While the ambiance was nice, the customer service was severely lacking.
The food was exceptional. We enjoyed the pork chop, steak salad, chicken Florentine, and orecchiette. The service was impeccable from start to finish. Scott was an excellent server, and we wish we knew the names of everyone who helped make our evening so memorable. A truly delightful fine dining experience!
Paci is an amazing restaurant with delicious food and outstanding service. We've been regulars for years and can’t recommend it enough. Whether you prefer dining indoors or taking advantage of the outdoor seating during the summer, it's always a delightful experience.
We’ve been dining at Paci for many years and we’ve never been disappointed. The food is always delicious, the service is excellent and I love the look of the restaurant. In addition, the cocoanut cake is fabulous.

I had a wonderful time celebrating my friend's birthday here. They prepared some delicious vegan options for me. The service was attentive and prompt. I would definitely recommend this place!
