We decided to enjoy a meal outdoors and chose to sit in the courtyard. To our dismay, two gentlemen were discreetly smoking cigars, which unfortunately tainted the ambiance as the smell pervaded the entire patio. None of the PC staff would speak to the gentlemen in an area where smoking was prohibited. As for the service, it left much to be desired. Our server seemed disinterested and appeared bothered when we asked questions about the menu. A simple gesture of a smile can often make a significant difference in a dining experience, but that too was missing throughout our meal. You need better management. I made a reservation and mentioned outside but when we got there no table for 6 people was ready. I personally started to set up a table before our guests arrived. What's the meaning is Reserving a table? You need to teach your mangers this. Ken our waiter was good by the way. Also you charged us extra too.

Nice seafood place with outside tables that are somewhat covered. Creative menu and attentive service. I did not receive my Iced tea, and I should have mentioned it. They brought a candle out with our dessert for a celebration....also complimentary!!! Nice PERK.

Food was okay but service was terrible; food took forever and the waiter seemed to have forgotten us most of the time we were there. I had a sushi roll and wasn't given chop sticks or soy sauce. Our water was never refreshed.
