"Nice Surprise!. We were pleansantly surprised to find really good fish tacos and great filet mignon tucked away in this modern mini-plaza. They offer heated outdoor seating. Nice for larger groups as well. The darker lighting and slate flooring create a loungy romantic atmosphere."

All right now. When you go to the coast of California, in addition to perfect San Diego weather, you hope, wish you could find the perfect setting for imbibing and savoring the local fare with a waterfront view. Fortune smiled on us as we discovered Pacific Coast Grill. With idyllic ambience, enviable setting, libations galore and a menu of chef creation seafood enticement, if I lived here, this would be one if go to spots.

I think I visited Pacific Coast Grill when they were located some miles South in Solana Beach years ago. Sis has mentioned that the views and food in their Cardiff location is pretty good. Friend took his nephew and niece here some months ago and agreed with sis’ sentiments. We visited for Easter brunch last month and had one of the best breakfasts ever in San Diego.

Great Restaurant. The view from this restaurant is worth the visit. It is right on the beach where you can watch the sufers in the ocean. The menu is varied and interesting. One problem is that we seemed to be sitting underneath an air conditioning vent. The cold air blew on us the entire lunch. I had a couple of **** Marys, which were very good.

I recently stayed in Solona beach for 3 days and ate here twice. It was by far one of the neatest resteraunts I've been to in quite some time. The ahi tuna is supberb, as well as the mahi mahi. The margaritas were on key. This is a must for anyone who enjoys a relaxed, yet upscale resteraunts.
