Just stopping through for one night. seems like there are not many places that deliver to hotels in Benicia so that Pacifica does is a plus. They also have things other than pizza not much but some. I asked around and was told that Pacifica makes the best pizza around so that is a plus., I ordered a personal combo and was pleasantly surprised when it was stuffed all the way to the edges, Some places sort of fill in the middle and leave too much edge. The negatives for me was even though it arrived when promised it was lukewarm, no hot peppers, additional cheese, no one asked if i wanted anchovies and the like. It was here 's your pie period No napkins, Next I ordered a Caesar salad with it....
Great food, but unfortunately they removed the salads from the Slice app and online ordering system. So, I called, and they do still offer salads. I ordered a side salad, wings, and a dessert. Girl on the phone: That comes to $19, but you have to order at least $20 to get delivery for $4. My response: OK, then charge me $20. Easy enough. Folks, I 'm trying to give you my money. Don 't make it so difficult to do so.
Really great customer service here. They made a mistake on my order, I call in to just let them know, they saw it was their mistake and offered a free pizza next time I come in. Really appreciate that, top notch establishment. And the pizza is incredible
Makes sure you check online to get the online special, otherwise it's a bit pricey. The women and young lady that work there are really nice and friendly, very pleasant. The tall guy (maybe a manager or owner), not so much.

I really love this place! My friends and I often come here in the evenings and indulge in a lot of cheesy bread. However, I'm a bit confused about whether they're okay with tips since there's no tip jar visible.
Excellent food. Don’t be afraid to call in early for a pickup as everything is made to order. The pizza crust is excellent and even better the next day, so order a large!
I've been to quite a few pizza places and this has literally the best pizza I've ever tasted in the North Bay. Crust is excellent, toppings and cheese just right.
Good pizza, BUT prices are not consistent at ALL! Goes from $35 to $40 to $35 to $40 to $42, how it's always the same order!!!!
