Pad Cha Thai - Reserva de mesa

A friend recommended this restaurant in Preston for dinner, and we tried the following dishes: Tom Yum Prawns Soup ($13), Pad Se Ew with Beef ($20), Red Curry Duck ($24), Jasmine Rice ($3), and Thai Tea. We split the dishes between the four of us, and the portions were just right. The food was served hot and packed with flavors. Although the Tom Yum soup was a bit pricey for the portion size, the rest of the dishes were reasonably priced. I was initially unsure about the place being busy with no Thai/Asian customers in sight, but I was pleasantly surprised. I suggest making a reservation as it gets crowded during dinner time. I’ve been going there regularly for years since they opened. They used to be really good. I generally order the same main meal, which is #25 on their menu. Beef Thai Fried Rice. The last time I bought it, took it home and basically just got rice, with extremely minimal veggies and beef. Not like all the times before. I called to let them know and they couldn’t care less. If I could give them half a star rating I would. I have Moved on to Jinda Thai in Abbotsford (now my favourite). I heard there’s a good one in Ivanhoe, gonna check it out:

This restaurant is fantastic with outstanding staff and delicious food. The only downside is that there is no pork on the menu. The food was delicious! I also liked the atmosphere in the restaurant. We had the Prawn Tom yum and the massman.It was a bit awkward when we initially walked in and sat down, as there were only very few people seated and we can literally hear each other. After becoming ill with Gastro/Food Poisoning...Never again will i eat at this place...This place has Abosultey gone down hill, the food is not for human consumption.
