Padavan's Ny Pizza Pinball

Changing review as service has stepped up exponentially. New bartender is on point and they hired more wait staff, all of which have been very friendly. (former 1 star review) There on a Friday night. Volleyball area was hopping, expected decent service (or at least some service). After waiting 5-10 mins just to see someone to get a beer, I just left when no staff was present. Other patrons were equally frustrated- mentioned that their server and bartender just disappeared. This place has been a shoddy for at least 3 years (no service, absent staff, moderate food, bartenders absolutely wasted passed out drunk). Some of the worst service I've ever experienced.

The food was good, and the price was high. We paid $18 for a pizza plus $3,75 for the first topping and $3 for the second. Other adults in our group paid similar prices for sandwiches, pasta, wrap, etc. It took almost 45 minutes after the order to get our food and the restaurant was not very busy. For the price, I would have expected a better meal, or I would have taken this mediocre food for less money. I think the draw here is that it is in New Town, and the flipper room is supposed to compensate for the high prices. We will not eat there again, but hopefully the Mexican restaurant, which soon opens, will offer better quality for the money.

Amazing customer service. The food was delicious, the Mac and the cheese were on the spot. The ny pizza was great. Toasted Ravs, yummy. Will recommend def and be back.

Didn't eat, but the drinks and flippers are great! They have a number of machines (all are new) and they are in great shape.

Friendly staff. Food 10/10 and fair price! Fun atmosphere, will definitely be back
