Paddy's Brewpub & Rosie's Restaurant

My wife and I met two out-of-province couples for a meal at Rossie's Wolfville. I was used to Rossie's Kenville and always enjoyed eating there. Five of our group ordered from the breakfast menu, and I ordered Seafood chowder. The waitress rates a 10 for friendliness, efficiency, and attentiveness to our needs. The breakfast also rates high on our list. The seafood chowder, however, rates a 3-4 out of 10 for the following reasons: quantity, quality, and cost. The bowls could have been used as plates if they were any shallower. In the bottom of the shallow bowl were two prawns, one scallop, two pieces of a white flesh fish, which I assume was haddock, a white cream covering the bottom. As one...

We needed a quick but decent bite before going to a movie and Paddy's did the job just fine.The one piece fish and chips was excellent, though a much smaller portion than we expected. (Does the 2 piece come with twice as many chips?? .We also had the NY Steak sandwich, which was tender tasty but way overdone (I asked for rare and it came well done .The glad of house red was fine. The craft beer (called TBA was good but was not hoppy enough to be called a DIPA.We made the mistake of sitting too close to the door on a cool evening my fault.Overall good.

This USED to be one of my favorite places to eat! Loved their steaks. However the last 3 times there, we found out meals disgusting and to the point we actually told our waitress to inform the cook that our foods were terribly over cooked, dried out, tough like hardwood! The salad had more bacon bits then it had spinach! To some it up, after our visit this past week will be our LAST. So sad to see the once loved meals, now the worst ever and we will also never recommend people go there. The prices we paid, we should have been happy with the food. ?

Drove up from Halifax to visit family. We always stop here if we go for something to eat. Our waitress Tamara and training Victoria(? were excellent! The men in our party like to joke around and Tamara was right in there . Many laughs. The food was awesome. Club house sandwiches for 3 and fish and chips for the fourth. I love the bread you use. Huge servings,took home half for supper. The atmosphere is relaxed and didn’t feel rushed. I hope Tamara and Victoria get a well done from management. See you guys again.

We were visiting Nova Scotia to see my elderly father and other Family members. We decided to meet at Naked crêpe but found that it was closed, so walked down to Paddy’s at 10:15am, however, they don’t open till 11 AM. They came to the door and Invited us in and we had a delicious breakfast! The service and food were outstanding. Thank you for such a memorable time.

I have no complaints what so ever. Food was delicious!! And the waitress did a fantastic job being the only one for lunch time on a Wednesday. I ordered the blueberry ale, spinach and artichoke dip and the bison burger.I prefer this location over the Kentville location I had about 3 experiences with rude staff at the Kentville resto.

Had the fish and chips and it was fantastic! As someone from Alberta having fresh fish was amazing and the tartar sauce was equally amazing. The potato skins were also great and we received a bunch for the appetizer!

Absolutely delicious seafood chowder and fish tacos. The service and atmosphere on patio was outstanding and even our dog was allowed on patio. Highly recommend

Great spot to grab a local draft beer, and people watch on a Saturday evening. The buttermilk chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries were a hit as well!

Wife and I enjoyed lunch there, food was good. Home brew was great even bought a six pack home. Waitress was a hoot.
