Myself and some friends/fam dined here for a birthday celebration an it was everything we could have hoped for! Our service was exceptional, the food was delicious, the decor was fun yet formal, and the ambiance was perfect for a special night out! The steak meal I had was one of the best I've ever eaten; every flavor and element of the dish was executed perfectly and with thought. We will certainly return if ever in the area and could not recommend more highly!
Found this gem through Google research We are from out of the area and were in town for our Anniversary. After reading the reviews, decided to try the Painted Pony and they did not disappoint! Seated timely, waited on timely and the food from the salads, dinner and desserts were all top notch! We'll be back whenever in the area. Highly recommend!
Absolutely beautiful restaurant and probably the best cut of steak I've ever eaten. I had a wonderful date here and the servers couldn't have been more kind. The wonderful woman who brought us to our table got a picture of me and my fiance as she was leaving with my camera, definetly worth the price!!!
Beautiful, quaint restaurant. Very nice ambiance. Bread was really delicious. The mixed green salad was also enjoyable. We got the tenderloin steak and the hanger steak. Recently, I was diagnosed with Celiacs, so I needed to go gluten-free. It has been a challenge to find places that have gluten-free options. The Painted Pony had wonderful options and was mindful of cross-contamination.
We had not been here for probably 10 years since our first visit. Food was superb. Server was also great. Look forward to returning again in 2024. Wish we had this restaurant in Oro Valley/Tucson!!
Food was exquisite and the service was fantastic. Abe was a fantastic waiter with some great recommendations. This will become one of our go to places when we visit.

"The halibut was fresh, in-season and the light batter was to die for! The restaurant had spectacular views, airy and flooded with sunlight. My sister had the bison burgers and thought they were very tasty...not dry for being so lean."
