A disaster if you dare to demand! I pointed out to them that the meat and fries were cold: the waitress told me "well" and continued to land......I brought my plate back to the counter by repeating my claim, the guy took the plate to the micro wave, I told him that I didn't want any fries to the micro wave, in addition I had mayo in the plate; result he rested the plate and left.................. ..before nothing. I used something else and a little later I see that he's bringing back hot chicken, but he didn't tell me... hot fries came 20 minutes later. then we were no longer rid of the table, for fear of taking a reflection! When I paid I said I was not happy, I was answered "well" and followed a long sigh, with a shoulder swelling: clear message: we don't care. I won't go back there anymore. Yet we went there from time to time!Warning the customer didn't get you! Good hearer.

Since his opening, we've been there. We are less and less satisfied. I don't think we'll go back there any minute. The dishes are good but cold. You have to go through the microwave!!!! This is not the goal!The buffet requires a know-how to keep the dishes warm. The dishes under the infrared lamps remain warm but the dishes kept warm in the bath-mother are cold. The water is cold or the dishes are not in the water.
