Awful ambience for brunch. It's crowded and the whole place is a hall, so it echoes, making the noise 100x worse. Including thumping low-fi, bassy, random music. About 10x louder than a school playground at recess.As a person sensitive to noise, this is the worst restaurant I can pick for brunch. Sounds like a bar, not a chill sunday afternoon.The greek beef and lamb sausage tasted good but the whole rest of the dish was generic, including the poached eggs that could have been softer on the outside. This is supposed to be good for Vancouver prices like sub $25 dish for brunch, but I have no idea why people put themselves through this. I would gladly eat in peace at home just to avoid the noi...

We have just enjoyed some amazing brunch dishes at this place before boarding our cruise ship. The welcome was great and the ambience in the place is interesting especially with an open kitchen so you can watch what is going on. We had the French toast and the Kefta skillet, both of which were delicious. Service was efficient and prices quite reasonable for the quality of the food. Lovely!

The service at this restaurant was excellent. It was a pleasant surprise how quickly the staff refilled my water. The atmosphere of the restaurant is wonderful, very charming. I ordered the hot cake and it was delicious. My partner had the avocado toast and I snuck a bite, which was also good. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and left very satisfied.

My son got married in Stanley Park and then we held the reception at Palate Kitchen with just under 100 people attending.Although I would suggest they get some sound absorption panels to minimize the reverb and echo in this more bare space, we had a blast and it’s a great venue for this sort of thing.Thanks, Carlo, for helping us put this all together. The Famous French Toast at this restaurant truly lives up to its name. It was so delicious that I couldn't help but text my fellow food enthusiasts and recommend it to them! The atmosphere was lively and a bit noisy, but the spacious high ceilings made it easy to have conversations. The service was excellent as well!

We celebrated a bridal shower at this restaurant and had a great experience working with Carlo, the manager. Silvia, our server, was kind, attentive, and provided excellent service. The brunch orders, drinks, and desserts were all delicious. We would definitely love to come back again!

The service, interior, atmosphere and the presentation of food was honestly perfect!However the food in the other hand was a bit disappointing. I wasn’t really able to taste the hollandaise sauce much but would love to give the restaurant another go as everything else was quite lovely:

Super cute restaurant. Didnt know they were under palette coffee roasters. The name makes sense now. We enjoyed brunch here and shared the french toast. It tasted like cinnamon toast

It's in a big open room so it’s way too loud to hear anything. I think the server forgot about us, too, since she hardly waited on us, but the food was still fantastic.
