What a great surprise to find, in this remote location, in the heart of the Massif du Vercors (French Alps) such a wonderful place to eat. Don't expect any extra luxurious decoration, but everything is authentic and done with good taste. From the breakfast presentation to the furniture. Just note the dining table made out of a single tree trunk: an amazing piece. Chef Guillaume is very demanding and the way he chooses his products proves he's right. I could taste a lot of different dishes, from breakfast to dinner, including appetizers: everyone was just a delightful experience. Une cuisine inventive! Des produits naturels (et souvent bio)de qualités, venant des alentours et même du potager...travaillés avec des saveurs nouvelles! Toujours beaucoup de raffinement dans l assiettes! Une nouvelle découverte à chaque fois! Bravo au chef qui équilibre parfaitement ses plats et à la sommelière qui est toujours de bon conseil!

The Chef and Sommelier are a team extraordinaire. We had 4 dinners as part of our stay at the hotel. Each different, creative, and satisfying. Breakfasts were ample with some local items most delicious. See our review of the Hotel du Golf.

Very good. Original associations, perfect presentations and a real cook work. Everything we were served (half board) was excellent and we were very pleased with our menu. Large wine list, good bread, nice service. Recommended
