I’m very disappointed with my experience today at Palermo’s bakery..I go to buy a cake from the bakery and as I’m already there I’ve always wanted to try out their food, so I go ahead and place my order for a CHICKEN Cesar wrap, thinking it was a regular chicken Cesar wrap I was not informed what was inside the wrap and their menu on the wall did not have anything written below the menu of what is inside the wrap so in my head I assume it’s ONLY CHICKEN!! I get to my car and couldn’t wait to go home to try the wrap, as I took a bite I notice an extra flavor with the chicken and was curious what else was added to my wrap besides chicken lettuce and tomato.. Leigh Ann from Palermo Bakery went above and beyond in making sure we received our dream wedding cake within our budget. She was very knowledgeable, kind, patient and accommodating to us. We wanted our cake to be more minimalist than the average wedding cake while still adding playfulness and our personality to it. We were very pleased with the final wedding cake design. Came in today with my fiancé to Palermo’s to get their wedding cake tasting boxes. This charming bakery exceeded all my expectations! Their cakes were not only visually appealing but also incredibly delicious. The warm and cozy ambiance made it a perfect spot for a sweet indulgence. I highly recommend trying their pizza menu as well; you won't be disappointed!

Breakfast!!! I have been coming to this bakery since 2010 for specialty designed cakes for high school, college, and law school graduation celebrations. Palermo Bakery excels in this area - their cakes taste great and they bring my cake design ideas to life. It is definitely worth every penny spent!

Palermos made us a beautiful and delicious cake for our wedding. The cake designer was easy to work with when we wanted to have a more complicated design for the cake. It came out looking just like we wanted and was one of the tastiest wedding cakes we've ever had!

We got our wedding cake from here and it was AMAZING. It tasted fresh and moist even after a week. The cake was also beautifully decorated. The process was overall seamless and the staff were very helpful in answering questions.

I would recommend avoiding the Avocado Toast as it was served as an avocado sandwich with jalapeños, which were not listed in the menu. The dish was very unpleasant and I will not be ordering it again from this restaurant.

Exceeded my expectations. Beautiful cake. Was delivered to me in less than 15 mins from the time I ordered. Could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you for helping me nail my husband's birthday!

Got our wedding cake from here and it was excellent! Wish they didn’t close the other locations. Best of luck with just the two locations and especially this one in Little Ferry !
