This chicken caesar salad was really surprisingly DELICIOUS! It had a healthy amount of still warm, perfectly seasoned chicken that was sliced nice and thin, packaged separately so as not to wilt the lettuce (nice touch guys), and a really decent amount of salad (although the lettuce wasnt really bite size pieces so i had to break it down a bit myself which was no big deal. It came with fresh parmesan and croutons as well but no lemon slices, so ask for that if you like a squeeze of lemon. The dressing was definitely homemade and really tasty and they give you two containers of it so lots to make it through the whole salad. All in all a really yummy option for a lighter side meal, but still...

Honestly, I’m delightfully surprised by this hidden gem of a restaurant, it’s high class really. Great food (the sauces are what make it on point for me) also as Chilliwack gets busy it’s downtown but also in its own square so kinda cool to come work on stuff have a coffee and something to eat, but also take someone special out. Plenty of parking. Open and yet cozy all at the same time.

First off, the portions are huge and definitely shareable. Instant 5 star rating for that. Then, the food is also delicious!!! The garlic fries could have been better, but the minestrone soup, bread that is brought out for the table nicely buttered with a hint of garlic, and the pastas we had were absolutely amazing.

We are so fortunate to have this place just a few minutes drive away from home. Food and staff is stunning. Cocktails wow, wine great and lovely selection of beers. Love this place and will continue to visit. Thank you for serving us Holly! You did a great job!

Our first time at Paliotti's and we had a great experience. We went at 5pm and I really enjoyed that until 5:30pm they offer two menu's and one has smaller portions, which I appreciate. Everything we ordered was hot and tasty! We will definitely go back.

There bread was good, haven't had olive balsamic vinegar dip in awhile. I ordered crab and prawn ravioli and it was good. Don't order steak there my friend say it doesn't taste good. Ribs are ok. Pasta portion is huge can feed two.

Beautiful place! The service was super friendly and attentive, and the food was good. We had tortellini, and a calamari as an appetizer.

Roman (Small) delicious as usual. Kids Lasagna not so much. Two bites and not so great as it was burnt and salty. Canoli was a no show.
