I order from Palmers through Doordash a lot. They have forgotten items several times. Doordash is great about refunds, but it really doesn't matter when you are having dinner and someone is without a meal. I was really upset the other night because it happened again. Fish from fish and chips was ok. Fries were gross. The corned beef was terrible. Dry, tasteless and turning brown. Dude stood near us in dining room staring. Its weird and uncomfortable. Mayne their beer garden is nice but food wasnt worth the price. Service was slow. Waitress kept disappearing to chat. We know this cause you heard staff yakking from kitchen through the whole almost empty restaurant. Definitely look for a different place to eat.
I am normally very satisfied with their food. Today, I was not. Ordered sirloin steak pita sandwich. Couldn't eat the steak as it was very tough. Was suppose to get a side of salsa with it. Didn't receive that. I personally did not pay for the meal. My employer did. We had a sizeable order too. Very unfortunate. My colleagues enjoyed their meals consisting of chicken tenders and burgers. Maybe this was just an off day.
I've eaten at Palmer place a few times over the years and don't understand it's popularity The food isn't good at all and the service is terrible. Not a top choice in my book

Went there for dinner and it took 90 minutes to get our food, the food was still good but they need to work on the service
