So I ordered the party pie which was advertised as pepperoni, for $28 I got a order of cannolis for $5.99 but my bill came to $49.91 I also tip not knowing until I check my transactions that my bill came to $49.91 pre tip... it later got explained to me that I got a topping and a delivery fee??? Okay if I would have known it came to 50 bucks with just two orders totaling no more than $35 I probably would have came and got it and told the cashier to keep the change: I've gotten in contact with a manager about this already and was assured I would be refunded $5 me not knowing why but still not receiving the funds and it has been 2 weeks prior to posting this... I've been ordering from Palmers in White Oak for several years without any issues, but things have changed recently. I usually get gyros and always pay for extra sauce. However, on my last order, the sauce was missing. I just ordered a gyro, pizza, and wings and made sure to remind them about the sauce when I picked it up, but they still forgot it. When I got home, I was excited to enjoy my gyro with sauce, but instead, I found half a steak hoagie. I'm really frustrated with this—it's unbelievable they can't get simple orders right. Are there any other pizza places in White Oak I could try?

"I had a terrible experience with their service. They never answer the phone, and my food always arrives late and cold—never on time as promised. Ordered 12 wings. Was told they were jumbo wings and our definition of the word jumbo differs a lot. Wings were over cooked and like rubber. Was told about 40 min delivery time and it was a Lil over 60 min. Everything I've had is good. Not blow your mind good, but high enough quality for a reasonable price.
