Let me take a minute to talk about Pal’s. If you’re from around here and you haven’t heard about ’em… you live under a rock. If you’re new to the area, it’s okay to believe the hype. Pal’s is great! And it’s cheap, like uncomfortably cheap. Like it makes everyone else look like they’re ripping you off! But really, the menu is very simple. Burgers, shakes, fries and dogs. Great breakfast too. The policy here is keep it simple. They’re also very friendly. Like I couldn’t find my bank card and the boss was like, “hey don’t worry about it buddy!”
Pals is just so frickin amaizing! I got to admit that to be a fast food drive through with traffic usually lined up bumper to bumper down any highway that they are located on, they have NEVER GOT ANY OF MY ORDERS WRONG! From my peach tea extra peach light ice to my carefully picky eating habits, every order is always just as I order it. Unlike McDonald 's or burger King or taco bell, ect. Pals is where you can REALLY have it your way (Sorry burger King, yall need to step ya game up if you want your slogan back! ~Touche!!!!
YUM! I absolutely love Pals. Every time I visit Johnson City, I make sure to stop by. With their affordable prices, incredible tea, delicious burgers, and mouthwatering fries, I just can't resist. Pals in Jonesborough is just as great. My food is always fresh, it comes out quickly, they consistently get my order right, and the staff is friendly. It’s truly a fantastic experience!
I worked at this restaurant for three years, and it's the cleanest one I've ever encountered. The staff works incredibly hard to maintain cleanliness at all times. I love stopping by to grab food, knowing that the place is spotless, the food is excellent, and the staff are both professional and friendly!

I really can't complain. The value at Pal's is great. You can get a whole meal for like $5, and it's super fast. I love the seasoning on the fries, and their milkshakes are nice and thick, not watered down with too much milk.
Excellent burger fries option for a quick bite ! Never have to question if it 's real beef. Grab a Peachie or Razzie tea while you 're at it won 't regret it!
Fast Quick Friendly Service! Food is always awesome and affordable. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner you can never be disappointed in what you order from Pal's!
Stop in 10 minutes before they closed last night, I'm impressed with the fast service! My food here is always fresh.
