Pamir - Reserva de mesa

Would recommend this restaurant if you want to try a cuisine you perhaps have not tired before.The service was super friendly from the owner and the outside space comfortable. The waiter was more than happy to discuss the different dishes as we had no idea what to expect from them.Our starters were simply delicious - stunning in fact! We also had a drink made from sour-cream that was very tasting. The desert was also fantastic. There was also a side-salsa with the starter that was delicious and the waiter brought more out with the main when he did not have to.The only let down was the main meal that I had, which was a watery chicken curry with chicken that was dry and over-cooked. Real shame...

Enjoyed a relaxing meal specialising in the subtle flavours of Afghan cuisine. Most expect the food to be spicy but no chilli is used. Just subtle spices such as cumin, mint and cardamom with lashings of yoghurt. The kebabs are an excellent starter, with the delicate Mantu (handmade Beef filled ravioli) as a main. In between courses we were given a warm cardamom infused tea which was a great palate cleanser in between courses. The staff are warm and attentive and offer lots of advice about the food if you are unsure.

We visited Pamir looking for something a little different. At first we were put off by the fact that some of the menu choices and wines were not available. However, we settled on Spicy Potato Fritters and Beef Kebab as starters, which were truly exceptional! Our main courses ( can't recall the exact name) were fairly bland and a little gloopy, but still okay. The service was very attentive ( the waiter kept asking if our dishes were "perfect") and we didn't try the deserts.

Stumbled upon this restaurant while looking for something different.I had a fragrant and mild curry dish with chicken and my wife had a curried fish dish.Both meals were full of flavour and contained good sized portions.The owner is very friendly and took time to explain all the dishes on the menu.Can recommend if you're looking for something different. If you are ever wandering the old town of Nice looking for a tasty dinner for a vegi and cannibal to enjoy, this is a great choice. The homemade banana and lime ice-cream was a refreshing and light and delicious way to top of an enjoyable supper. The service was excellent and it was pleasant to be dining al fresco without having to be sat in a walkway.

Few weeks ago we had a lovely meal at this cozy restaurant , my second time to try afghan food and that was GREAT ! the owner who has been there for years was very attentive and nice . I had Qabuli pulao which I really enjoyed , Firni for dessert was very delusions too . Music and atmosphere of the restaurant was interesting. I highly recommend it

We had marinated lamb made in grill and chicken curry. Lamb was very good and curry was best ever. Vegetarian portion was ok but nothing special. Also portions were a bit small but it was fine. The Boss was very kind We can definitely recommend this one.

Our family (adults) recently chanced upon Pamir in the old part of Nice. We had a wonderful three course dinner with exceptional service. We highly recommend this restaurant.
