We dined at this restaurant on a Friday night and found that the place was not very busy. Our waiter, Ryan, was attentive, friendly, and well-informed. The menu offered a wide variety of options, ensuring there was something for everyone in our group. We ordered beef medallions, mushroom ravioli, steak frites, and beef brisket. The first two dishes were excellent, but the steak frites was lacking some key accompaniments; my wife couldn't find any chimichurri, which left her disappointed. unfortunately not impressed. in the opposite to previous visit. we ate here and eat was much better. the Caesar salad was blande. not much dressing / flavor. I had the hunch up, that helped. The young had the brisket sandwich they enjoyed. not impressed by our server. I know good help is hard to find, but they need one with initiative and personality. it took 45-50 minutes to get drinks ordered and delivered to the table. She didn't talk much. she has sprinkled the dessert menu on the table while one of us could still eat. I hope that was a fuke because we always enjoyed it here.
I feel hesitant to write this review since I'm a fellow Argentine Italian. I've been to Pampas once before, and I had no complaints about the food then. My boyfriend loved his chicken dish, but my skirt steak wasn't as good as I remembered. It may not have been the best cut, but it felt too fatty—more than it should have been. For dessert, I opted for the sorbet, which is usually a safe choice, but unfortunately, it was crunchy from freezer burn. On a positive note, the service was excellent, and I think my tip reflected that.
Last minute dinner out, was nice to be able to get in last minute. Sat in bar area which is a good spot here. Got the dinner for 2 which was a nice mix of entrees, sides, and salads. More than enough for 2, honestly could be for 3-4. Wines were nice too, good selection domestic and South American. Our server was very friendly and helpful with recommendations.

Beautiful space, has housed several different restaurants over the years. Food was good but brisket was very tough. Not that unusual given this specific cut of beef and it was well-seasoned. Nevertheless, somewhat disappointing. The pork dish was also a little tough but very tasty. Server was very nice, attentive, but not very knowledgeable about the menu.
One of the best meals I've had in a long time. The servers were exceptional, and every bite of every dish was exquisite. This place is a true hidden gem, and I'm already looking forward to my next meal at Pampas.
Had a great dinner at Pampas. Service was top notch and attentive. All of the meats were outstanding but the chicken could've used more seasoning. It was tender but lacked flavor. We'll be back!
I don't normally bother to give bad reviews. The staff was nice and very apologetic. But there brisket was dry and tasteless and the medallions were over seasoned. Disappointing.

Absolutely stunning food, amazing waitstaff and such a beautiful building. Prices are amazing for what you get and honestly my new favorite. What a lovely place
Hanging Skewers and Gorgonzola salad were absolutely delicious. Servers were friendly and efficient. We will definitely return to Pampas!
